The goods" refer to the materials, products, or services provided by us in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Orders can be placed directly through our office or website. If you’re unsure about your requirements, our team is here to guide you through the process.
We do not accept cancellations or returns once orders have been placed with manufacturers or suppliers. However, cancellations for yard stock items may be considered at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
If you do not have an approved account: Payment is required when placing the order, upon delivery, or collection of the goods.
If you have an approved account: Payment is due on the last day of the month following the month of supply. Late payments may incur interest at 5% above the base rate of National Westminster Bank PLC.
Prices are subject to change based on supplier or manufacturer cost adjustments. Fixed prices are only applicable if agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Kas Drylining & Insulations.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
The purchaser is responsible for providing proper site access and facilities for offloading the goods.
Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing at the time of delivery.
If any goods prove defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace them at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within three days of delivery and the goods haven’t been used or fixed.
